Jayco Sydney is expanding, and we’re looking for a qualified Motor Mechanic to join our team in a dual Motor Mechanic / RV Technician role.
Work across new and used caravans and motorhomes, performing servicing, mechanical repairs, RV repairs, accessory installations, insurance, and warranty work.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Qualified as a Motor Mechanic
- Experienced with hand and power tools
- Mechanically minded and practical
- Self-motivated and reliable
- A strong communicator with good time management
- Committed to quality workmanship and workplace safety
- Licensed to drive in Australia
- Enthusiastic and solution focused.
Certificate III in Recreational Vehicle Service and Repair is desirable, but RV experience is not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

At Jayco Sydney we provide expert after-sales service in our large, modern workshop & Parts Departments. Our Service Centre and team of factory trained technicians provide our customers with regular & express servicing & maintenance, approved warranty work, accessory fitting services, and Insurance repairs.
Jayco Sydney is looking for energetic and enthusiastic people to join our awesome team. We offer above award wages and training both on the job and in Jayco’s state of the art facility in Dandenong.

About the role
Due to our growing business, we are looking for Caravan Repair Persons for immediate start.
These positions would ideally suit someone who:
- Has a trade/manufacturing background (carpentry, joinery, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc).
- And/or has excellent general handy man skills & experience.
- Has a great work ethic, is reliable, and has a willingness to learn.
- Has a passion for/experience in Caravanning, camping, touring, etc.
- Has previous experience in caravan/automotive repairs (preferred but not necessary).
- Has an eye for detail and pride in their workmanship.
- Has a current driver licence.
