The role requires customer focused individuals who have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with consumers daily.

About the role:

• High level of Customer Service is a must
• Receive and process customer orders and enquiries
• Trouble shoot for customers via, Phone and/ or email
• Advising customers of basic installation of sold parts / accessories and to initiate option of Jayco Sydney Service department installation works
• Lodgement of warranty claims with Head office
• Insurance quotes
• Quality checks of vans prior to handing back to customers
• Working to KPI’s as set by Management

The person we are looking for:

• Attention to detail and taking pride in your standards of work with a willingness to learn and receive on the job training
• Ability to move RV’s around on a tractor, or willingness to learn
• Customer Service experience is essential
• Knowledge in the RV or Automotive Industry is desirable
• Carry out safe Practice WHS standards in the workplace
• Active listening skills and aptitude to follow directions
• Excellent time management skills
• Diligence in paperwork and follow up with customers
• Computer literacy is essential

Our Service Centre and team of factory trained technicians provide our customers with regular & express servicing & maintenance, approved warranty work, accessory fitting services, and Insurance repairs.

About the role

Due to our growing business, we are looking for Caravan Repair Persons for immediate start.

These positions would ideally suit someone who:

• Has a trade/manufacturing background (carpentry, joinery, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc).
• And/or has excellent general handy man skills & experience.
• Has a great work ethic, is reliable, and has a willingness to learn.
• Has a passion for/experience in Caravanning, camping, touring, etc.
• Has previous experience in caravan/automotive repairs (preferred but not necessary).
• Has an eye for detail and pride in their workmanship.
• Has a current driver licence.
